Ashley has experience providing couseling and support to various populations. She has worked with men and women coping with domestic violence (DV) and intimate partner violence (IPV), anxiety, depression, grief, self-esteem, trauma, and other life struggles. Ashley is dedicated to helping all couples, including non-traditional relationship dynamics, build a foundation of understanding and resilience. She uses an integrated approach focusing on elements based on your needs and preferences, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), person-centered, solution-focused, along with somatic, holistic, and mindfulness techniques. She sees the client as the true expert in their own life, and belives her role as a therapist is truly a guide to help her clients move towards healing and living a more fulfilling life.
On a personal note....
In addition to her work, Ashley enjoys spending time with her husband and three children. Camping, tending to her hobby farm, baking and preserving foods are how she often spends her free time. She loves what she does, and most people will say she is casual, approachable, direct, and down to earth.
